Any player, coach or manager found under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the course of their game will automatically be suspended. This rule will be strictly enforced.

All games will consist of 20 minute halves

Roster must be in the hands of the Game Officials 30 minutes before game time. First game rosters are the
team's final tournament roster and there will be no changes allowed after that point.

All teams must be ready to go on the floor immediately following the end of the previous game.

In case of uniform clashes, a toss of a coin shall determine the team that must change.

Any protest must be in the hands of the Game Officials within 30 following the game in question, to be ruled on by the Rules Committee. All protests must be in writing, signed by both Coach and Manager and accompanied with a nonrefundable sum of $50.

Persons found to be ineligible for any reason will warrant an automatic disqualification of their team at the point in the Tournament where the disqualification is enacted.

Any player, coach or manager who obstructs a referee or minor official by way of threats, pushing or fighting will be ejected from the balance of the tournament and will be reviewed by the Rules Committee as whether the person will be permitted to play at future Tournaments.

The Federated International Basketball Rules will be used with the exception of the timeout rules. There will be 2 one minute time outs permitted per half and unused timeouts will not carry over into the second half. In the case of overtime each team will be awarded one timeout.

Teams need five players to start a game and if unable to field a team will be granted a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period has expired the game is defaulted.
